Updating drivers for bootcamp
Windows 7, 8 and 8.1 users can upgrade to Windows 10 for free from within their Windows partition as long as the user's software is completely up to date.
Add host and URL together and you have your Mac's specific URL. Perhaps I'm a bit of a 'paranoid ready-for-the-end-of-the-world' type, but anyway you look at it (or me) - I wouldn't recommend trusting third party downloads of drivers, unless you have the inside scoop on what goes into making them (which you don't). They are not responsible to you for supporting issues that occur, and they COULD contain malicious code. Also, please note, my website does NOT give you third party downloads: The links are all to URLs on swcdn.Rather, now you can without having to buy a separate desktop or laptop computer, since Apple now officially supports Windows 10 within Boot Camp. You don't have to do a single thing if you're using Boot Camp to install a fresh version of Windows 10 on your Mac.However, several forum members have noted the update is available within Windows partitions in Boot Camp, Apple's tool to allow Intel Mac owners to dual boot OS X and Windows.Boot Camp 6 also includes support for several Mac features within Windows 10, including USB 3, USB-C, Thunderbolt, built-in SD and SDXC card slots, built-in or external Apple Super Drives, and the Apple keyboard, mouse and trackpad.
